Alaska's proposed Pebble Mine

A very controversial subject in the fishing world is Alaska's proposed Pebble Mine. At stake is the world's greatest salmon fishery, the famous Bristol Bay region of Alaska. The low-grade ore that exist there requires processing huge amounts of materials to make the operation economically feasible.
